This charming, yet luxurious discreetly boasts a full array of smart home automation and streaming media features. Starting at the main floor, multiple in-ceiling speakers provide carefully calibrated sound from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and including the master suite. Nine different LED flatscreens throughout the home, including a 60″ LED flatscreen in the living room round out the entertainment components supported by Atlona’s 8×8 HDMI to HDBaseT video matrix switcher. The home’s climate control is handled by our system through Aprilaire’s 8800 programmable thermostat. Outside, an array of digital Vivotech cameras secure the property 24 hours a day, thanks to their reliable night vision.
On the lower floor, a media room featuring an 80″ flatscreen LED surrounded by Speakercraft’s AIM Cinema 5 speakers provide tight, but powerful performance. This is all controlled by the family’s smartphones, on-wall ELAN TP7 touchscreen, or their ELAN HR2 smart remote. This is all possible thanks to ELAN’S gSC10 processor, and the property’s central component rack, where the processor and the system’s amps and controllers live.
