This charming home features a number of high performance capabilities, including full video and audio distribution, an integrated WiFi network, and Speakercraft AIM Cinema in-ceiling speakers throughout. All of this is managed by ELAN’s gSC10 controller, along with Atlona’s PRO3-66M Matrix switcher for video distribution, and S1Digital’s H3 Series media server providing streaming audio. A Yamaha AVENTAGE receiver rounds out the system’s media components.
This system also provides full lighting control through an array of Centralite light switches that can be managed through the family’s multiple tablets, or through their ELAN TS7 on-wall touchscreen.
For long-lasting reliability, the whole system can be managed by us through OvrC, a system that allows us to troubleshoot and fix components remotely, and in real-time. The home’s IP camera system which includes a truVision NVR which records security footage in real-time, and is integrated with the DSC security system, and a Schlage smart deadbolt.
